Was gonna post back a couple weeks back but there was too much going on.

Looks to me like it's a tea plantation, and associated processing facilities for making matcha, with those long even rows of vegetation. Probably added solar panels, since there is likely no central power to the island, and they have a nano-grid solar panel array powering LED lighting inside the warehouse.
