Nowhere in there, that I saw, mentioned anything about proving these novel shots are truly effective and truly safe and truly necessary to use on all to persuade people.

No, it’s all about shaming and shunning and applying social and economic pressure. And ‘shut-up, just take it you selfish, filthy, plague rat! Don’t ask questions! Or you’re gonna die and kill others! Just take it, and take it again and again and again as many fucking times as we goddamn tell you to! Or everyone will hate you and shun you and you’ll be out of a job too!’
