Vitamins, Supplements and OTC meds for Covid
Here's what really works...

KEY Vitamins and Supplements to start taking ASAP (and as preventatives), listed by importance:

• Vitamin D3, up to 10,000 IU’s per day for prevention, and up to 50,000 IU’s crash dose if sick
o Taking a D3 supplement along with K2 can significantly improve absorption
• Zinc, 200 mg/day spread into 4 doses, with food, for active cases. 50mg/day for prevention.
o Best taken with a zinc ionophore for significantly higher absorption, such as:
• Quercetin (500mg per day)
• EGCG (found in some Green Tea extracts)
• N-Acetyl-Cysteine or N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (aka NAC) – hard to find but very helpful
o Glutathione if you cannot obtain NAC

OTC Medicines that may be helpful – take one per day if exposed or infected

• Famotidine (Pepcid) – take 4 hours away from other medications, vitamins or supplements
• Cetirizine HCl (Zyrtec / Allertec)
• Aspirin, up to 325mg daily – BUT NOT FOR CHILDREN due to risk of Reye’s Syndrome
• Benadryl™ (take at bedtime with lactoferrin)
• Bronkaid™ or Primatene™ - key ingredient: ephedra. Warning, can cause jitters, elevated pulse

Nasal Sprays that may be helpful --- both for treatment, and especially prophylactic

• Fluticasone Propionate (Flonase / Aller-Flo) nasal spray
• BETADINE Cold Defence Nasal Spray (key ingredient: iota-carrageenan. It doesn’t actually have Betadine in it).
• XLEAR nasal spray (nasal spray with xylitol)
• Colloidal silver nasal spray
• Saline nasal irrigation (with a neti-pot or powered device)
• ENOVID or SaNOtize nitric-oxide nasal spray from Israel (very hard to obtain)

Additional vitamins and supplements that are probably helpful

• Black Cumin Seed Oil aka Black Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa)
• Lactoferrin (take with Benadryl™ at bedtime – they have a synergy together)
• Magnesium (at bedtime – can cause drowsiness)
• Melatonin (at bedtime – will cause drowsiness)
• Any good multi-B supplement that includes Thiamin(e) (B1)
• Fish Oil or Flaxseed Oil supplement
• Lysine
• Selenium
• Spirulina
• Tollovid™ (Key ingredients: Lithospermum Erythrochizon Extract and Lecithin). Expensive.
• Licorice, the non-DGL (non-deglycyrrhizinated) form, however this can raise blood pressure so use with caution if you have high blood pressure. Do not take on a regular basis.
• S.O.D. (superoxide dismutase)
• Red Yeast Rice (note: this is essentially a statin – a cholesterol lowering agent. Use with caution.)
• Vitamin A

Other immunity and anti-inflammatory supplements that may help (less important / less evidence)

• Vitamin C is helpful but perhaps less so than initially believed. It is most useful in massive-dose IV form particularly if organs are failing / sepsis. For at home treatment and prophylaxis, take the chewable type liberally, and if you can obtain the liposomal type, it may have superior absorption.
• Astaxanthin
• Iodine
• Andrographis
• Astragalus
• Echinacea
• Elderberry
• Turmeric
• Resveratrol
• Rosemary
• Berberine
• Chaga Mushroom
• Dandelion
• Some fringe websites promote Pine Needle Tea containing Sauramin for COVID or for post-vaccination detoxification. This needs more research. For now I'd say NAC is more effective for post-vaccination detoxification (along with Quercetin, Ivermectin, etc.)

Nebulization / Aromatherapy Options for treatment:

You can treat the lungs via a nebulizer or even a sonic-based (cool mist) aromatherapy diffuser if you inhale the mist at very close range. Here are a couple options on what to put in and breathe periodically throughout the day:
1) Option 1: A solution of 1% Hydrogen Peroxide. To make this, mix 1 spoonful of the usual $2 brown bottle of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, with two spoonfuls of water (preferably distilled water).
a. NOTE: “Food Grade” hydrogen peroxide is better (purer) but comes in a 30% solution, which is 10x stronger than the brown-bottle kind at the pharmacy. If you use this, you need to be VERY careful to dilute it to proper strength.
2) Option2: Mix equal parts of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide , Colloidal Silver Solution (10ppm variety), and either Distilled Water, or Hypertonic Saline Solution. Add a drop or two of Lugol’s Iodine.

Furthermore, it is useful to exercise the lungs using a lung exercise trainer device during recovery.

Rx Drugs that are known to be helpful in home treatment – if you can obtain them from online pharmacies, or find an independent doctor that practices evidence-based medicine. (There still are a few, but they are hard to find, it’s a word-of-mouth world now, talk to your like-minded friends to find one. They cannot be listed here to protect their practices from persecution).

• Ivermectin – The current gold standard, along with fluvoxamine
• Hydroxychloroquine – Yes it actually works AS AN EARLY TREATMENT and is quite safe, despite the smear campaign. Ideally needs to be taken prior to exposure, or immediately after.
• Azithromycin (Z-Pack) or Doxycycline – to stave off bacterial co-infections
• Fluvoxamine antidepressant (or paroxetine as a backup)
• Budesonide (a specific type of athsma inhaler)
• Steroids including Prednisone / Prednisolone / Methylprednisolone – see EVMS protocol

Watch this video to learn how dangerous many hospitals have become regarding Covid: Stay Away from Hospitals If You Have COVID!!! (bitchute.com)

If there is time, call ahead to find out about your hospital’s COVID protocol. It’s not a bad idea to do some research now, before it becomes an issue (such as when somebody is just exposed). Here are some questions to consider:

• What is their success record in treating COVID for the relevant gender, age group and risk factors?
• Will they accept & honor an advanced medical directive stating that you refuse remdesivir, intubation, and some of the other deadly medications mentioned in the above video?
• How full is the COVID wing and are they under a staffing shortage? (Likely self-inflicted due to mandates, but no need to go there)
• Do they respect right-to-try and will they prescribe off-label medicines such as ivermectin, fluvoxamine, budesonide, azithromycin (Z-pack), etc., if the patient requests or insists?
o Resources to share with the hospital:
 [link to www.covid19treatmentguidelines.nih.gov (secure)]
 [link to c19ivermectin.com (secure)]
• If they will not prescribe ivermectin, will they allow an outside doctor to prescribe it, and will they facilitate the administration of it? If you get a court order to force them to administer it, will they stonewall with an “ethics study” ?
• Are they open to following a credible evidence-based protocols such as the Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) protocol?
• Do they offer non-invasive oxygen support? (options besides intubation / ventilator)
o Oftentimes supplemental oxygen is needed but not ventilation. Oftentimes CPAP may be best but is disfavored because it may put caretakers more at risk of exposure.
o Aggressive ventilation can destroy the lungs if the real problem is that the hemoglobin in the blood is unable to accept a bond from an oxygen molecule
o Do they allow the patient/family to decline ventilation which often makes matters worse?
• Do they allow any visitors? Will they allow a patient-advocate to stay beyond visiting hours?
• Will they allow the patient to be quickly discharged at the family’s request if the family is not comfortable with the direction of or progress in treatment?
• Do they allow the patient/family to decline Remdesivir (which appears to have reduced effectiveness beyond early-stage COVID, and may well contribute to sepsis & organ failure).

Re: Vitamins, Supplements and OTC meds for Covid
Colostrum or Lactoferrin is better than just plain milk. (plain kefir is great too)

I got through it fast with high dose Niacin (B-3) and about 10mg of melatonin.

I'm still doing niacin and melatonin, but have added curcumin in, as well as the amino acids L-Serine, and l-taurine.
