I think they just kicked it back to lower courts to decide. This is a state issue at this point but will eventually be forced to be argued by the feds. I could be wrong.

FYI Barrett held up the religious rights to refuse in a Indiana U case earlier this fall, student can REFUSE the jab on religious freedoms now because she overturned the school and allowed the ON CAMPUS students to refuse the jab.
