SCOTUS rarely takes up state cases. They declined to take the case, and let the ruling stand. If you want to see change happen, you have to work on your local and state levels.

SCOTUS won't overturn the Texas ban on vaccine mandates because it's a state matter.

Sure, it would have been great if they had overturned the mandate, but I think we'll have to wait until a federal vaccine mandate comes to SCOTUS to see how they rule.

Seriously folks it is a no brainer.

The state has the right to order certain protocols.

It is a state's rights issue at play here.

The liberals are only too willing to use it when they want to, had they ruled against New York, then that precedent would then be used by Joe Biden to lock down states that refuse to mandate the vaccines, like Florida or Texas.

It's not really the end of the world as we know it except if you live in New York.

^ yeah idk why everyone is saying the SC ruled on anything here? It sounds like what the guy above me typed out - they didn't call a ruling, they're just refusing to take the case, so the previous ruling remains as it was.

Am I missing something?

I officially think the supreme court is bought out.

The entire Government is rogue.
The ONLY power the Government has is what was granted it under the Constitution! Nothing more, everything else is held by "We the People".

Fire them ALL. Time for a clean slate.

That doesn't stop the lower courts....so, its not over yet.
