They're monitoring her because she is a close contact. I highly doubt they are trying to remove your child. But then again anything is possible nowaday.
My high school senior was close contact quarantine. What's the health department department headed there 3 days to figure out who he was. He was already clear to go back to school. And we received a release letter.. But the school would not take it.
I could have gotten a lawyer ano lawyer and fought it because he cannot be quarantined unless it is a court order and parental consent is given. Neither was. By the time I fought it his quarantine time would have been Over.

I had to test, for my daugters sake I had to. However, I just spoke to a local attorney and he said to ignore them they do not have any authority to do what they want to nor do they have any authority to file any chrages on me. I just told them to go fly a kite.

If you're going down the legal path, be prepared to spend $10-30k fighting them. They know you won't want to do that and they are counting on it. They'll get their attorneys, who are on payroll anyway, to BURY you in paperwork and generate lots of billable hours for your attorney. Make it clear to them you are going to be their worst nightmare. Civil servants typically don't want that kind of aggravation.

There is nothing in the law that says you must answer your telephone if it rings.

It was also for my sake. The one med I know I needed I could order and it was 3 weeks away. Rather, I test and I get it immediately which I did, I got Ivermectin. I have fought testing and still will beyond this point. However, I did the right thing this time. I got all the needed meds by testing. They would not give it to me otherwise. I could not taking it as a Prophylactic. What's stupid is calling others stupid for doing the right thing. I am with everyone on here about all of this. But despite taking the vitamins and making preps, I still got it! I never could get Ivermectin until now anyway. I have never had enough money to get it.

tell them you care more about your daughters life than they do and you are more intelligent than they are and know more science than they could ever understand and then DARE them to fuck with you
