Peak Season: How's your Postal Job/Career working out?

No Holiday help this year for mail processing.

Plant dumping endless parcels on us at 8am on top of the endless we already have on-hand because of call-offs and management not scheduling properly.

It's the biggest shit-show yet at my PO...nothing short of deliberate Sabotage...I mean I hope, for their sake, it's deliberate, because if it's just stupidity...WOW, you know?

The problem is:

Nobody seems to be able to work at 1am
I find myself the first and only one in sometimes for hours
Giant piles of 3rd party parcels left over from day shift
Goofing off, looking at phones, Supervisors hitting on staff
Everyone taking excessive breaks
Repugnant attitudes, apathy to getting the job done
Stoned at all times

From top to bottom, it's terrible.
