I think I need to re-learn LUCID DREAMING and teach my kid, too
Lucid dreaming is perhaps the most awesome and spiritual thing I've experienced. It did, however, require effort: making regular reality checks while awake so that it becomes routine and you do it even while asleep.

I want to teach my kid how to lucid dream and should re-learn it as well.
