Unhinged cop kicks family's dog during a call

There is no excuse for this behavior. Any citizen who engaged in this behavior on camera would be charged with animal cruelty and destruction of property.

This pig is a fucking psychopath. Any reason he couldn't radio dispatch and have them call the resident to restrain the dogs prior to entry? It seems the residents did not know police were coming.

I don't see any dogs in the video in public areas biting anyone. The video shows the residents animals on his own property, where he is allowed to have them.

What do you think this guy does to people he has contact with when he's pissed off? This is not a normal reaction.

I mean, you're not a retard, right? You know that approaching an unknown animal in it's own territory is likely to provoke attack, right? What kept the officers from contacting the homeowner? Do they not have phone databases at the local 911 fusion center?
