I liked this video. She is young, and as you get older you're more interested in listening to the elders speaking but, she has a lot of that energy, she is coiled with chi/qi energy, and I suspect that qiqong is a part of this tapping into our etheric body to heal our dna, and energies from cosmo and earth, think qi is etheric energy. So will be exploring different versions of this, her explanations are good. When it would be very good to be able to gather lists of helpful supplments and nutrients to heal vaxx and disease in general, taking a more complex issue, etheric body, energy work, restoring dna and trying to simplify what is a complex often lifelong pursuit for many, was trying to read some downloaded pdf's but am so drained this would take time.

But some people don't have time, they need it simplified, put together into meditation and even perhaps a guided script they can alter or write for themselves starting off something already there, that makes it easy for them to get started on healing and connecting to Source, to Energetic Body, to their real DNA. Words was trying to find was coming up with deep trance induction scripts, almost like self hypnosis, but I'm not sure that some of it wouldn't be energetic walking meditations in nature if the weather permits for some, not everyone connects within in the same way.

Some its in flow or energy, some its in stasis, rest.



Video gone. I am too much of a prude for that nonsense! Basically her ideas are good and will explore, but towards she gets into sacred sexuality and really, um...just NO! Here I was thinking how energetic she seemed, now I'm concerned that maybe she's putting eneregtic pheromones. I think I'll find some more mature people showing quiqong or something.

Really need information that is instructive, short, easy and to the point, and no weird stuff thrown in.
