My favorite Curcumin. The active ingredient in tumeric. Don't like tumeric a great deal but tolerated larger doses of curcumin and bioperine almost instantly. Though tried a chicken breast/thigh/drumstick recipe that is delicious, and the "gravy" from it is wonderful on everything even dill pickles, and squash, potatoes, etc. That was lemon with a little soya, some hot red pepper sauce, I do half the pan of chicken with it and back off on that for the mild ones in the family. And garlic herbs, and quite a bit of tumeric powder, organic, then half way through cooking add some heavy cream to make abundant sauce as its needed for all the rest of the vegetables. Usually finish it off with broil and eat with lots of black pepper.

Also have a lovely tea that I make and steep for 20 plus minutes. That involves my stainless steel strainer. I use ginger tea bags as the base. Add more ground ginger often. Add ground tumeric if its around. Take apart supplements and add 2-3 grams of curcumin depending if I'm sharing it with my son. Add 2 heaping teaspoons or more if sharing, of dandelion leaf and a heaping teaspoon of dandelion root. Add biperine supplement taken apart. Add some honey. I like milk thistle herb also added. Drink it with cream its slightly spicy warm and creamy and really good. My son likes it too.

In addition, mostly take 2 grams of curcumin supplements with bioperine, not at the same time as ibprofen, because they both deal with pain and inflammation and they can thin blood and I can get nose bleeds if overdoing it close together.

I tend to take iprofen with my oil of oregano when I need it and NAC to protect my kidneys from the ibprofen.
