That post that disappeared was dealing with the first category of any corona type illness, or basically possibly many illnesses and parasites, though some of what these things do is overlapping into other categories so they're actually my go to, for everything in life. My favorite things to take period.


But before I list that, want to get side tracked briefly because have to email someone who was a nurse and is very very sick from the jab, and give her a lot of information, mainly this kind of stuff, and also Action4Canada letters of liability, the legal, and Viva And Robert Barnes legal as well, get informed. She is the Irish woman that they seem to be targeting as well. They seem to be targeting the psi warriors and star nation families, the ancients.


And I'm aware that not everyone has been dealing with autoimmune and arthritis and health issues for years that have limited their mobility and therefore have boxes of supplements that they've been experimenting and trying for years to see what works the best, so just going out and purchasing everything at once can be costly, hundreds of dollars, and it takes time to grow some of it.

So, the fastest working nutrients to take that help quite strongly, helped me when we really sick for months when this all began, and also do much of the same jobs vaxxed or sick, but cheaper and easier to get while you procure the other supplements in lots a month or 2 later, but if you're really sick, I'd spend the hundreds, I'd pawn something to get this in if you're on a fixed income, seriously this could potentially be a life saver.


Quinine: ie tonic water. Get cans or the cheaper 2 liter bottles and drink 5-6 cans a day, or 5-6 mugs a day, 2 at a time, 3 X a day, and get even the cheap yucky zinc pills at the drug store, but try to ensure they're copper free. Preferably go to the health food store and get some good zinc supplements.

D3, take 5000-10000 iu's a day with 1 or 2, if sick 2, K2, supplements, that ensure the D3 transports calcium to bones and teeth, not soft tissue.

B3, resveratrol, selenium if you can right at the start.


Buy a whole bunch of ginger root and tumeric and grate large amounts up to cook and heat, heat activates it, with a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, OR grate and steep for 20-30 minutes with the black pepper, in tea, with green tea or a tumeric or ginger tea bag, preferably all organic or health food store, but grab it from anywhere if you have to.


And C, 2 grams a day, with MSM sulfur, taken by itself and 1/2 window that you don't take anything with, say 1/2 teaspoon, as it also does so much, opens up cells so everything can see inside them, is anti cancer and also raises your glutathione your natural antioxidant.

So that would be a start.

I would also take ibrpofen, with NAC and an oil of oregano supplement or 5-6 drops of the strong tasting stuff which is cheaper than the supplements when toeing into this.

The oil of oregano to me, in my experience, is alot life amoxycillin in strenght. Its not a light weight antibiotic, its strong. i have never had to take an antibiotic since using it.
