Find a vaxxed land owner and rent (to own) with long term lease.
Make sure your contract agreement has a contingency clause that gives you ownership/first rights in the event of the death of other involved parties.

And then get a life insurance policy on them and make sure they get their booster!

Don’t try to own a house together in both names without marriage

It should be in one name because there is nothing but trouble if the legal isn’t done well
