Essentially layered transparencies with different characters on each, laid over a background. Take a picture, change the cels, take a picture, change the cels. It was common for cel animations to be re-used in multiple stories with or without slight changes. Studios often did this to save money, and more importantly to keep iconic gestures of key characters exactly the same for branding etc. Think for yourself, and be free. |

It just looked like an old 30's cartoon. Why don't they now? Can you link your post? I don't know for certain if the 1936 one is real or fake Why do they not show in the debunk-video HOW it's done? Just a short bit of it would suffice they were both debunked for having way to big refresh rate which appeared only after 1990 so there is no way a video from 1936 had this refresh rate. Both cartoons appeared on interwebz summer of 2020 without details to them. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33029311 They had the best voice actors back then with deep voices not soy boys. The 50s was an optimistic time of incredible new technologies like rockets and the atom. This film is gloomy and it make predictions 70 years away? Man, they had singing that was gay as fuck back then too In the days that 'gay' meant happy and merry Last Edited by Gorgol on 11/28/2021 08:18 AM Gorgol -No Jab, No Jitter |
