If you stay away from insurance including medicaid and medicare you can practice privately so far. These are the only ones helping treat the causes of disease these days vs symptoms.

Start tent hospitals manned by unvaxed for unvaxed. Paid for by barter.

I wonder if they can form an LLC and start up their own medical provider services that way. Have patients sign waivers to protect their company from anyone wanting to destroy them with false malpractice claims, and offer services for out-of-pocket payments in lieu of dealing with insurance companies. I would gladly join something like this to avoid working at and/or going in as a patient to any regular hospital now.
