Nice of you to lay out all of your excuses as to why you can justify to yourself invalidating & disregarding someone's opinion that disagrees with you

It even gives you a catch all - "states the opposing case with little or no evidence" which 99% of the time is going to be a matter of opinion on what constitutes enough evidence

Considering you would already be ego-biased to not admit you're wrong you are easily able to convince yourself that their evidence isn't strong enough even if it is sound.

Pretty chicken-sh*t way of engaging in a disagreement with someone to already have your exit plan laid out.
