I have also seen that report, and when trying to verify it, there is nothing about 800 million or 2030. Nor does it appear anywhere else, or is mentioned by anyone. What's going on? If such a monumental decision was made by 160 countries, it must be on record, be known by others, and be verifiable. If not, it's fake, BS, sucked out of thin air, by the guy on the video. May his teeth and balls rot off, if he deceived us.
