Waukesha, Wisconsin, police say they “are having an emergency with a scene unfolding” in response to reports, from multiple people there, of a car running through the city’s Christmas parade and shots being fired. Local residents told Heavy that their loved ones were barricaded in stores after a vehicle drove through the crowd with someone firing gunshots from it. They reported people lying on the ground, injured.
