It's doing an amazing job of making my sense of smell and taste return quicker, in fact, after 24 hours of taking it I have some of my taste and smell back, as opposed to tasting and smelling nothing. For males, we tend to have zinc deficiency already, so I'm going to stay on this permanently. Daily NAC morning and night. Dosage 1200 mg each time. Vitamin D3 with K1 and K2 combined twice a day. 1000iu Super Lysine by Quantum which I should have been taking all the way through the pandemic, but I stopped. 2 tabs a day. I also order backup Ivermectin for family and friends that may need it in the future. It works.  |
