Yea. Unless judge dismissed the case with prejudice due to all the prosecutorial shenanigans.

I think it will be a hung jury. Unfortunately, the judge will not declare a mistrial with prejudice. He isn’t that brave or faithful to the law.

On the next trial Rittenhouse needs a better defense team. These guys just weren’t that good.

Here's my take.


I think the Judge is a lot smarter than most people think, in fact, he's let a ton of rope out for everyone to basically hang themselves. For instance the prosecution, MSM, and more, so when things get to that boiling point I'm going to wager he declares a mistrial with prejudice, then points to all the errors.
