He must pay in some way. If not, it will open the door to use a perceived threat as justification for murder, regardless of who the aggressor actually is. Bring a rifle around drunk/drugged people in a frenzy, expect trouble! Rittenhouse was in way over his head, he panicked and killed two people based on his own stupidity. Nope...not gonna allow it! If he gets off, expect WAY more restrictive gun laws, with plenty of support behind them. Fact. ^^^^^^^^^ Obviously this clown saw none of the trial. |

That's crazy. It was armed insurrection, an act of war, and every KIA insurrectionist war criminal (targeting civilians during war is a capital crime) got exactly what the laws of war said they deserved. The militiaman Kyle Rittenhouse, in the absence of an effective exercise of lawful civil or higher military authority, was the highest ranking military authority on that insurrection battlefield and had the command prerogative to adjudicate and punish crimes in that place and no requirement to retain prisoners that would hazard his mission to protect life and liberty. You might not know the rules of war now but if it keeps getting pushed, you will learn them... Forum Administrator 11/19/2021 09:22 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I said this yesterday and I'll repeat it... People can argue all they want but the fact remains that Kyle had every right to be there that night. This is still a free country and as far as I know, people were not restricted to their homes. If there had not been rioters, arsonists, terrorists, wife beaters, child rapists and convicted burglars trying to destroy the town, Kyle never would have felt the need to be there. Had the police been doing their jobs, he never would have had to carry that gun for protection in the first place. Had nefarious interests not paid thugs and hooligans to run amok through the city streets, terrorizing residents, and burning and destroying property that did not belong to them, everyone could have went to bed in peace that night. But by all means, crucify the boy who just tried to do what he thought was right, so that you can collect your pound of flesh and feel good about yourselves.
