Letter to employer that I need to send now, comply today or get suspended (PCR)

They approved me for covid exemption, denied flu shot exemption and are still probably going to fire me for that

They aren't only going to give us a false positive but they are going to poison us with those swabs.

I think your letter is pretty good.

So they suspended me without pay until I come in and get swabbed. Fired in two weeks without the flu jab.

This is a government of businesses, not people.

There’s no reason why they shouldn’t settle for a spit-test.

I don’t trust that nose test for an second.

What of PCR test do they administer? Do you have to go on-site or off-site? Are they picking up the cost of testing?

There is also a PCR Saliva test where you spit into a tube.

The mid-turbinate or lower turbinate test is very non-invasive. They put it in not that far. The Nasalpharnax is overkill and can possibly have complications (although rare) its definitely uncomfortable.

I can't believe they are mandating flu but gave you a Covid exemption. Often one of the criteria is if you have denied other vaccines.

You wrote a great letter but good chance the letter will not stop you from being terminated. Your Covid exemption on you predicated on taking extra measures to ensure you don't have Covid (testing, masking, distancing). The employer can decide what measures those are.

While your letter is correct that the vaccinated can still spread Covid, they are up to 50% less likely to transmit and the freshly vaccines and possibly those with Moderna are less likely.

If you want to fight this you're likely going to get fired. It's possible you could have some legal victory down the road but not likely; this is so extensive I don't see how they would ever compensate all the people who have been let go.

Personally I would just take the exemption and deal with the testing unless you have other employment options lined up.

it is the nasal swab. They won't accommodate any other kind of test. In front of my manager with their kit. This hospital is shady as hell, faking covid stats and trying to blame the unvaccinated for everything.

This is just to be allowed to work my shifts instead of being off on unpaid suspension for two weeks. They fire me in two weeks over the flu shot anyway.

After hours of study I have come to the conclusion the worst thing about the PCR is that they can come too close to the blood brain People have been trying to prove all kinds of crazy things with these PCR swab test... Nothing has been proven 100 % Come on people do you really think they are going to use something that is easily obtainable through the public to put sinister things into it? NO. Thats why it so hard to get the vaccine vials.... think before you make a fool or yourself... And also just so you know the ethylene oxide is used to sterilize the swabs and IS USED IN BAND AIDS AND OTHER MEDICAL SUPPLIES! So if you have been putting band aids on your open wounds you have been exposing yourself to small amounts of ethylene oxide! Educate yourself!barrier.

Exactly, because the vax does not stop the spread.
Everyone should have to take one weekly, and the company should pay for it since they are mandating it.

I have heard of places that are hiring nurses, states that need them. Try to go there. Get in contact with them and see if they can help you relocate. May the Lord bless you.
