I'm telling you guys with all the evidence and video of self defense if Kyle is found guilty it is only to show every gun owner in the nation what will happen if you use it regardless of the reason!

They are more ways of getting everyone to leave their firearms locked up other than banning them. Fear straight up fear even in a life or death situation if you use a firearm you go to prison for murder. Am I the only one seeing this as a tactic for gun control. It damn sure has me considering leaving mine at home or not cause if you have to use it you lose either way.

This case is definitely being used as an “example.”

Albeit, a little less ‘in your face’ than previous efforts.

I believe your right. If he's found guilty it will only be to warn us to never defend ourselves.

This is a hung jury no doubt about. What happens after that is what is important.

That's how I see it. They are basically using this to drive home to us that either you outrun the mob or you let the mob beat you to death. You will not be defending yourself or much less property against the mob or you will die. If you choose not to die you will spend your remaining days in a cage. It's disgusting how they have stolen our right to self defense. The next shoe to drop will be them making an example of someone defending their children with a firearm. Mark my words. If Kyle is convicted they will do away with our "right" to defend our children. After that all is lost.

A huge distraction is being sort by TPTB , they know as well as mass die offs , food riots are on the way.

To precede that mass rioting , this case would serve their purpose nicely , to both disarm the population a to smoke screen the organic riots breathing down their necks from the governments policies.

And that's what Madam Karen is there to achieve.

If not this case the next FF planned.

I mean I know a not guilty or mistrial w/prejudice would set them off.

Ummmmm, NO. I have a CPL and I know NOT to go somewhere that I might have to use my weapon.

First thing taught is that "YOU NEVER EVER want to have to pull that gun and shoot someone"....I have insurance JUST for if I have to shoot someone, BUT the LEGAL HELL that follows for a JUSTIFIED self defense is unreal.

YES he is 100% innocent of murder, 100% GUILTY of bad judgement as was his parents if they knew he was going into harms way that night.

You either can or can not use lethal force against a threat. Dosen't matter if he broke no laws and was being attacked and had to use lethal force. What if he had a reason to be there? Picking up a loved one any legit reason do you really think it would be any different?!!they!!really do want us completely defenseless and helpless they are allowing criminals to do as they please and really expect us to be helpless victims.

So you would just stand by and watch the barbarians burn down your city?

What has been happening with the media propaganda, the governments unwillingness to enforce riotous actions and the elevation of groups like ANTIFA is a conditioning of the population to except a two tiered justice system and to submit and bend the knee to what ever group the government designates as the vigilantes of it's ideologies.

People can argue all they want but the fact remains that Kyle had every right to be there that night. This is still a free country and as far as I know, people were not restricted to their homes.

If there had not been rioters, arsonists, terrorists, wife beaters, child rapists and convicted burglars trying to destroy the town, Kyle never would have felt the need to be there.

Had the police been doing their jobs, he never would have had to carry that gun for protection in the first place.

Had nefarious interests not paid thugs and hooligans to run amok through the city streets, terrorizing residents, and burning and destroying property that did not belong to them, everyone could have went to bed in peace that night.

But by all means, crucify the boy who just tried to do what he thought was right, so that you can collect your pound of flesh and feel good about yourselves.

I cannot imagine why, in such a high profile case, the DA himself is not taking point.
