But that would allow another foreman to end the charade and tell the judge they are hung.

They're not sequestered. They go to their own homes every night.

Have you met anyone from the left? Did they care about American traditions? Standing for the anthem, statues celebrating history, Thanksgiving....

I believe women are the majority on this jury.

If it's "Karen" the pharmacist, I'd bet she's the kind that says no to a medical doctor's Rx for Ivermectin too.

Illegal, but she won't care. She doesn't just think she knows better - in her mind, she KNOWS she knows better, and screw anyone who disagrees with her.

That's the type we are dealing with here.

Of course they will - it isn't their money. They are supposed to be tyrannists and they will keep trying. The people should have shut this shit down on day one but they did nothing.

That's a troubling development

They really should have been, if for nothing other than their own safety, but also to keep their friends and family from pounding their own ideas into their heads while they are deliberating.

This entire trial has been such a sham!

Why tf does she want to bring the instructions home? Will she be able to annatate notes on it fro her “lawyer” friends and then
Bring them back tomorrow and try to convince the others with her notes she took at home?

Like you could really go home at night and not talk about it or see stuff about it at all.

My SO is my best friend. I would be talking my head off to him about it. (with his promise not to repeat of course)

I'm sure these people are doing the same. There is literally no way you can just shut yourself off from everyone for this long. Well; for me anyway. lol

They may be able to replace her as the foreperson, but not as a juror.

That will be one scorned Karen if they do so.

I think the judge can if that person is not following instructions(like considering excluded testimony, ect) and the other jurors complain. I think.

That jury foreman is persistent like a rash. Now she's going to spend all night combing through those jury instructions looking for any minute technicality she can use to twist their arms in favor of convicting. I can't believe he allowed it.

Then the public school system did its job.

He is their son, not yours.

You sit back, relaxed in your chair, and just say "no" every time she bleats.

He's listed white in some documents and Hispanic in others.

We all know the game they play with White Hispanic ala Trevon Martin case

If it’s a mistrial or hung jury, i can see the defense appealing this to the state Supreme Court.

The prosecutor and judge have screwed up from day 2. I can see the state SC declaring a mistrial with prejudice for violating defendant’s constitutional rights and prosecutorial misconduct.

It's a show trial. "A show trial is a public trial in which the judicial authorities have already determined the guilt, and/or innocence, of the defendant."

And Kyle was fake crying.
