It is true, dumbass. Vit D deficiency is the real pandemic, worldwide. Level of over 50 almost assures no disease. Do more research before making stupid comments.

One weekly ultra-high dose? This makes no sense. If the vitamin is not outright toxic at very high levels (like vitamin A), your body will just pee it out I guess. Which means it has gone to waste, while your body has just gotten enough to cover its immediate needs - not for a whole week.

I never heard of that kind of dosage.

Very good article came out the other day about Vitamin D. It's really more of a hormone than a vitamin. And if you have enough of the right / active form of it, it will block the receptors that the covid critter uses to invade / attack the cells...

I take mine 5000 iu at a time each day, but Vit D is fat soluble as opposed to water soluble Vit C, so you won't just pee it out. That said, it seems like maintaining a steady stream daily instead of hitting your body with a massive dose once a week would be a better way to take it.

D3 isn't a cure but it can massively improve your chances, the reason being that T-cell immunity is very important with covid, more so than antibodies, and T-cells require Vitamin D3 to function. The more vitamin D3 is available, the better your T-cells will work. D3 should be taken with K2 to ensure it is delivered to the right places.

Zinc (and copper to balance) is also very important in immunity and requires a delivery mechanism, which is where HCQ came in. You can substitute HCQ with Quercetin and/or Niacin flush.

Another very important supplement for all this is Melatonin, which again is enhanced with Niacin Flush.

Not sure about the spray. After DR's started discovering that NAC can help prevent COVID and help rid the body of Graphene Oxide, the FDA mysteriously is now in the process of trying to make NAC prescription only. They got Amazon to pull it completely. I was able to find it on walmart.com a few months back and stocked up with the NOW version of NAC. I've also read people are finding it still at health shops, etc.
