I got some d3 from honeybee pharmacy and was surprised to see the dosage was once a week. Very high dosage. 50,000 iu

My parents and sister were taking the vitamin regimen listed above and still got Covid. I wish they had bought items on the second list as well. My father, age 72, and my sister both ended up with Covid pneumonia and would have died if not that they found a doctor 45 minutes from their house who treated them with out-patient IV meds for weeks. My sister was turned away without treatment from both a hospital ER and her local GP. When this doctor who did treat them took blood and sent it to the lab the first day, the lab red-flagged my sister’s results. The Covid had stripped her immunity response ability to that of a 93-100 year old, she was told. The hospital would have seen this same result and yet because her O2 level was too good to admit, (thankfully!!) she was mocked several times on a personal level and told that the ER was for SICK people. The GP told her there was nothing they could do except enter her in a sort of lottery for the monoclonal treatment and even if she “won”, she wouldn’t get them for up to ten days.

In conclusion, vitamin D is not a cure-all, nor will it keep you from catching Covid. However, I myself have items on both lists in my own home now.

You bet your ass it's true. High vitamin D also helps to prevent/fight cancer. Why do you think they were spraying chemicals at high altitude to create a grayish blue haze partially blocking the sun over the US for years. AT the same time 80%+ of the population is vitamin D deficient when they get a blood test.

Cancer was the globalist first attempt at slow depopulation. Slow death, only they can treat, and make trillions.

COVID/VAX. Scare people with Covid, rollout the death shots slowly, some get saline, then later get the death shot with boosters. They still make trillions.

i still got a nasty chest infection with the latest flu that's been going around.

i reckon it would of taken out an elderly or frail person or at least put them in hospital going by how i felt.


in late 2019/early 2020 we all got covid symptoms. everyone i know. well before the pandemic officially started. it was mild according to everyone i know. i hardly noticed apart from the loss of taste.

There is no Covid pneumonia. It's you either have Covid or Pneumonia. Any hospitals trying to tie Covid into someone having pneumonia is simply a money grab for insurance billing.

They tried to do the same shit to me when I went to the ER. My Covid test was negative, they said I had pneumonia. 8 hours later, doctor comes back in and start saying I have pneumonia brought on by COVID. I said, but my covid test was negative. Then he sat there and looked at me while stuttering like a whore in church trying to explain that madness to me.

Told the DR right to his face that it sounds like you're kind of full of shit and trying to charge my insurance company for Covid related charges. I've had pneumonia at least 4-5 times in my life. Feels exactly the same as the last time I had it which a Z pack, albuterol pump, and a couple nebulizer treatments cured in about 7-10 days.

They were trying to keep me in the ER for like a week. Told them to fuck off and checked myself out. Then did a phone visit with my primary DR who subscribed me what I said above and was better in a week.

Yes. The government and pharma knew that Vitamin D was the answer to avoiding most diseases, so they decreased the amount that people should be taking to 400iu a day. They also told people to start wearing sunblock to protect us from getting skin cancer. Big Pharma is all about profit, and nothing about staying healthy.

Don’t think I agree with you. They got Covid along with my mom. They developed pneumonia, she didn’t. Nice vitamin packs would not have helped them. Ivermectin would have but they had a hard enough time getting the pharmacy to fill the prescriptions they were getting! I’m not sure what they were given, we live on opposite sides of the country. I’m glad you were able to heal on your own. Your experience is yours; do not apply it as a gold standard to everyone.

Yeah, it doesn't prevent you from catching anything, but it does ensure your body is well-prepared to fight whatever you catch. In my family, we have been supplementing Vit D every day for the past five years or so, and whenever we catch a cold (or, this past summer, Covid), we double or triple the dosage and start megadosing Vitamin C, and we never have a cold last more than 2-3 days. Even with Covid, all of us had very mild symptoms. Hell, I thought mine was allergies for the first four days, and never really got sick. I know the stuff works because, before I started this regimen, whenever I got a cold, it would last 7-10 days and was always much more severe than what I deal with now.

True or not, I have been taking multi vitamins including zinc and D3 for years and I never got Covid or even the sniffles while working in school with teachers who almost all got Covid.

Even if you don't believe in Covid, Vit D is good to take. It helps with the flu, too.

Not easy to do when you live in Canada in the winter. We don't get any of the vitamin D benefits in the winter.

Take vitamin D always! Also the vaccine is another thing that can be used to help if you get covid.
