People with strong immune systems throw off COVID more easily. This DOES include having adequate D levels. Studies have shown the worst COVID outcomes have been with D-deficient individuals. But there are also levels of selenium, taking C, Zinc... that also help fight it off, and people with co-morbidities have a more difficult time fighting it off.

But lets face it. If the population all had adequate levels of D, would COVID have taken hold the way it did? I don't think so.

From my research, zinc may be a little more important and there are studies to back that up. Items like zinc and vitamin D are easy to get and maintain with no negative side effects (unless you really overdo it). Everyone should be taking these, but tptb are pushing the vaccine or nothing. It's crazy.

YES and some basic other healthy diet changes. Get rid of the added sugar too!

If they would spend trillions on good food and vitamins, along with education, we'd be fine!

You seem to be operating under the idea that if you put enough Band Aids (COVID shots) on a gushing wound, it will stop the gushing. Why not just sew it up to begin with (work on your immune system and overall health)?

Nitric oxide nasal spray (just use it every day whilst you have covid).
Asthma inhaler if you have one (whether you have asthma or not).

There is a Test for Vitamin D and B. This is the only reason doctors can throw this "remedy" out there.

There are NO tests for other possibilities that might unlock cures.

We are on our own. No one is coming to save us.

Quercetin is over the counter and like HCQ. It opens up the cell wall, in a matter of speaking, and lets the zinc in to zap the virus, or any virus. So you need both.

D3 is interesting. It is not really a vitamin. The govt says a few thousand IU a day is enough but that's not true, I take 15,000 IU daily. Also, the reason you have flu season is the winter is lack of vit D.

If they eradicated it with Vit-D, etc, the politicians couldn't hand billions of taxpayers money over to the pharmaceutical companies and get a pay off when they leave office.

There would also be no excuse for digital ID and tracking.

some of the earliest studies showed people with high vitamin D levels were far less likely to die and/or require hospitalization. I'm sure someone can pull up the threads that had the studies inz hem!
