I've been going to this physician for over 20 years. Every year. My 32 year old nephew died of blood clot issues in May 2019. My mom, aunt and grandmother always had blood clot issues however I never brought it up because it has never been an issue with me. But no they would not sign my form. They did not feel comfortable signing the form because I didn't meet any of the vaccine health exemptions. They proceeded to tell me how they have been researching a vaccine for the SARS-Cov-2 for 17 years as well as a vaccine for AIDS (not sure why that was relevant). They feel that I need the vaccine. I was almost in tears. I said I'm sorry you feel that way..gathered my stuff and walked out saying under my breath "guess I'm gonna have to get a new doctor" and proceeded to the check out with tears in my eyes...paid my copay and cried all the way home. Now today I have a note in my mailbox saying they tried to deliver a registered letter (one you have to sign for so the sender has proof you got it) from my doctor's office!!! WTF?? SARS-Cov-2 Is the vaccine in China that all the people died after getting it and then being exposed to a corona virus because it completely weakened their immune systems against coronavirus infection. So, 17 years down the tube, or just weaponize it. Oh wait, they did. |

Almost didn't ask as I'm expecting to just disappear in a couple weeks when the deadline comes (healthcare mandate is not suspended it seems). Also despite the fact she preached religious stuff to me every visit, she says that she sees nothing wrong with all the governments requiring it for travel/commerce. I have the next 2 weeks scheduled off and filed for FMLA for 12 weeks (newborn bonding). Pretty sure they won't give it to me, but I want to make them look like the monsters they are for denying it or firing me during it. |

I need to discuss this form with my doctor. But I did as my company has been harping on us "Please go see your doctor and discuss"..i.e. don't believe the internet!!!
