Depraved POS for sure. But how can any human think he/she is in a position to decide that someone needs to be killed? That's just wrong, that's not how God planned it.

That person did what he did, for reasons we don't fully know. We don't have the authority to kill even ourselves, not to mention someone else.

The people behind the execution will get negative karma for this, no matter if they like it or not.
