Look guys, I don't think it's possible to predict WW3 to the day.


I will put it this way: WW2 began exactly eleven months to the day after the annexation of the Sudetenland.



It could be eleven months from now.

It could be tomorrow.

It could be years from now.

It may never happen.


But...


When I started this thread in November of 2021, and I predicted war in the Ukraine/Black Sea region...many said "nothing will happen".

They were wrong.


They annoyed me much more than the Putin supporters. (I was actually very sympathetic to Russia at the time myself.)


Just over three months later...the second invasion of Ukraine.




My guess is: this war WILL widen/escalate.


This has been my position for some time.

It is because of that possibility I posted the thread in the first place.

And yes, possibly weeks or even days.

More than that I will not and cannot say...but prospects for peace right now are very bleak.

It seems very unlikely.

My doomscale readings are not really serious.


They are really just meant to be a humorous interpretation of military aircraft monitoring.



In the event of real combat/war, planes may not even broadcast on ads-b...even doomsday planes.

Maybe especially doomsday planes.



Currently there are NONE broadcasting over the CONUS for what it is worth.

When you see a marked decrease with non-transport aircraft (example: tankers, fighters, ISR and bombers to name a few), then be concerned.

Which reminds me, I haven't seen any ADS-B on the B-52s in Europe. I'd see them every once in awhile until a week or so ago.

It's when you don't see shit you should be concerned.

This will probably be the first place to notice something's going on because of strange air traffic. I keep looking to see if Russia starts keeping their birds in the air for long periods like we've been doing with the b-52s and the e4bs.
