So, we're now in the eighth month of this "special operation"...


I started this thread just over three months before the second Russian invasion of Ukraine in February because I could see the writing on the wall in terms of conflict in that region (Ukraine/Black Sea).

As I have been saying since the start if it, it has the potential to turn into a wider war and even WW3.

The pope, the head of the UK Army and the PM of Serbia have all said they think we are already in the beginning stages if WW3, so I don't think that prediction was so nuts.


The Russians are in the process of annexing four Ukrainian oblasts right now and say they will use any means necessary to defend the territorial integrity of the newly expanded "Russia".

This includes the use of nuclear weapons.

Anyone that thinks the Ukrainians are about to stop fighting to reclaim their land is deluded.



The Russians intend to annex the oblasts formally by Sept. 30.

This could very possibly lead to the use of nuclear weapons in this conflict as early as next month.

This is not the usual over-the-top doomcasting of GLP.

This is reality.
