The 7th was folded into Fort Lewis-McCord and the colors were retired (again).



It served in the Korean War.




It helped South Korea to stay free from Communism.



Weird, years later I moved to Korea as a teacher and lived there for five years.



I was born on Korean Armistice Day, July 27.

South Korea is like my other country, if I really had one.


Met my wife there. We had our daughter there.


Very safe and clean country. Good, friendly people.
