The argued through self defense and found there was none. Then they ask for the charges to hash through which ones they find guilty. Dunno if I'm right but my gut is rarely wrong. A US Marshall would not leak anything. That circumstance is hard to believe. But US Marshalls will be needed, obviously. They are top of LE pyramid and draw the toughest LE tasks.
