Maybe the weather will keep some of the mostly peaceful protesters at home. I'm in a northern state that's probably a bit warmer than Wisonsin and the weather isn't nice this time of year. These agitators are insane but they are also lazy

Hard to say really, but I think it depends on who the Jury chooses as Foreman/Foreperson.

They may already have someone in mind, but that person could be eliminated this morning during the random drawing.

I'll give it a couple hours, max.

If they come out in under a few hrs, chances are verdict of not guilty forthcoming.

Then, the fun starts.

Watching from the UK I can say is if Kyle is found guilty the USA is finished.

It would be an outrageous political stitch up.

I also do not believe that number is accurate. I'm south of the border and sieve spend a lot of time in the back woods, and the north woods. Everybody outside of the city has at least one gun, and ~45% in the cities are legal gun owners. ~13% are illegal gun owners. FWIW...

If he is acquitted, hes now old enough to take his AR-15 home.

That famous/infamous AR-15 could net him millions at a Gun Collector auction.

That, and it is clear Rittenhouse was underage.

Problem is, he needs to apply for FOID in Illinois. Not only is the backlog pretty darn big, there are hurdles regarding ones "social credit score" so to speak.

Well technically it's not registered to him so it wouldn't be released to him. And I bdont think it would be released to Black because he is potentially facing felony charges for buying it in the first place. If he gets convicted as a felon he wouldn't be able to own a gun. I don't think anyone would spend millions on an entry level rifle. The EOTech sight he had on it is worth just about as much as the gun was. But then again that's just me.

All I know is the DA selected most of the jurors, one black person is on the jury

That was Kyle's side of the charges. The purchaser has his own charges. Straw purchase laws are tricky, but because Kyle gave him the money for it means it was indeed a straw purchase so the ATF will take control of the weapon once that case is over. Not sure what they do with it after that.

There is no concept of gun "registration" in Wisconsin.
