In a sane world, Rittenhouse would have been rewarded for ending him. The only reason Rittenhouse isn't dead is because the guy who tried to shoot him is a limp wristed pansy and the .40 Glock didn't cycle. His mag had ten rounds in it, meaning his weapon had been fired several times before he tried to shoot Rittenhouse.

When Rittenhouse is acquitted, he and his mom should move to Texas.

They will be safer. Lots of jobs. The community will protect them.

Good morning - Just getting on and need to catch up with this mornings proceedings. This link looks interesting Pete.

The judge took some heat this weekend. The parasites are going to go nuts if Kyle gets off. Given the how the fix is in against truth, justice an The American Way these days it is difficult to be hopeful for Kyle, but I am.

The barrel can't be shorter than 16" and OAL can't be less than 27" or it would be consider a short barrel rifle. That would fall into subsection (c) and therefore it would fit into the criteria of him carrying an weapon a weapon illegally. Wi gun laws are very gray but the judge dismissed it.

Technically a rifle is supposed to have a barrel length of 18+ inches, same with a shotgun, and an overall length of greater than 26 inches.

. It is only an issue because Rittenhouse couldnt legally possess a handgun but he could possess a rifle under certain circumstances.

Typically a "carbine" is a rifle with a barrel shorter than that, and anything above 16 inches barrel length is NOT a SBR.

This judge seems to me more on top of his game today compared to Friday. He's using logic and pointing out all the things that the prosecution tried to slip in.
