Right there with you. I am not sure how "anyone" could deem this anything other than self defence, especially since there are multiple Videos. I have mentioned it before and will mention it again, he held great restraint in that situation, more so than the majority of us GLP'ers, myself included would ever do in the same situation.

To me what it boils down to, with all the evidence, is Rosenbaulm started this whole thing. Whether he was off his meds or was just a dick head. He chased Kyle and did not relent. According to the prosecutor, Kyle should have just gave him his gun and let him beat the ever living shit out of him or killed him. But that would be ok, because he would not have shot him.

Like come on, you have a 17 year old versus a late 30 year old that stated multiple times that he was "willing to go back to jail" and was combative so much he was being held back a few times from fighting. He may be a hardcore smurf, but he obviously has more experience fighting than a 17 year old.

When he would not stop, Kyle defended himself instead of opting for the ol Head stomp. Then stuck around, he did not flee right away until people were shouting "he shot him" he shot him.. stop him. Which to me with all the violence going on, I would not stick around either. Then whether you believe he was trying to go to the police or not, he was leaving, then the mob hit.. like.. again, he showed so much restraint. He did not shoot at everyone in his wake, only those that were a threat. Even after he shot the second guy, after he tried to bash his head in, he lowered his weapon, once Rico Suave put his hands up. But then Rico Suave suddenly decided he was going to "stop him" (although not according to his statement) he aimed at his head, only after this did Kyle shoot.

We all have our own opinions and question the what if's, but it happened. I truly believe he should be acquitted. IF you don't we can agree to disagree, but this will lead to a slippery slope as to how and when you can defend yourself, just like here in Canada.

You just know there were a few jury members, at least, shocked by his handling. That’s not going to lend credibility to him arguing a weapons case, imo.

It was a great closing, especially when he played all the videos in sequence. The one of Kyle getting hit in the head with the skateboard really emphasized what violent sub-humans the rioters are, and how they can Kill someone for no apparent reason.
Binger/Kraus were both whiny a** little bitches whose main tactic was to call Kyle a liar. Gave me nausea.

I just realized that the prosecutor who pointed the AR-15 at the jury, in the closing argument, was threatening them.

Just another threat, in addition to all the others, that they'd better not acquit or they would face terrible revenge.

The prosecutor should be disbarred and any conviction on any charge should be set aside based on the behavior of the prosecution.

The judge is under police protection. How nice for him, and appropriate.

What about the jury? Why did he let this go to the jury? They have been threatened too. Then today they even had an AR-15 pointed at them today by the prosecution. Will they have the same police protection?

That night, while running for his life, Kyle was hit in the head with a rock, boot-kicked in the face, and hit in the head with a skateboard. And they are putting him on trial.

If there is 1 JUST 1 gun owner on that jury it will be a hung jury at the least. Can you imagine listening to the prosecutor’s ramble on about how big and bad an AR15 ASSAULT RIFLE is??? Then to see peckerhead point an AR15 ASSAULT RIFLE at people sitting in the jury box!!!! With his finger on the trigger no less.

Our life path often takes us through experiences to prepare us for our future roles.
Whilst becoming President is a wonderful ideal.
This very important experience was about justice and the plight of the accused.
All extremely important lessons a great Judge should know.

The weight and importance of this trail as a degree of intence learning in the application of law, to me leans more towards Supreme Court Judge than politics.
