No. There was no proper jury selection done in a highly media lied to population. He doesn't care,and isn't punished, for lying and manipulating and doing terrible things to innocent people and the people's right to self defense. He is talking to a select group he believes is on the jury that already pressumes guilt, just due to Kyle being there. But its a crap shot. I hope its a good jury, and they don't take long to acquit him on all charges.

bad prosecution

The prosecution thinks they can manipulate the jury like they do the judge. If they keep badgering, they can make them say what they want them to say.

No just the State gets a rebuttal.

They are trying to show what there professional did in 20 hours and then they are gonna show a doctored still image that looks like kyle is holding his AR left handed pointing at ziminski

These prosecutors are out of their minds. They just said that Kyle had a duty to retreat further. Kyle had no duty to retreat further than he did. You do not have to RUN from an attacker. In fact, you should only try to run from an attacker if you are confident that you can get away, otherwise you are just giving your attacker the advantage of getting you from behind when they catch up to you. This is basic self-defense!

Oh really? I thought in the instructions on Friday he said they will get equal time.

The defense said to the judge it wouldn't be fair if they got more time.
