Kyle should get a commendation and have the 'keys to the city' presented to him by the Mayor and Chief of Police of Kenosha.

I really hope this kid's cleared of it all and proceeds to become a multimillionaire via a lawsuit barrage the likes of which we've never seen before.

It must be different depending on what State the trial is in. First time I've seen this also.

We have been let down by the justice system so many times I don't have high expectations. The innocent get convicted while the guilty skate. How anybody could watch those videos and think "guilty" is beyond me.

Yes, I'm sure he did. He has an odd definition of self defense though. If he thinks Kyle shouldn't have been there, he's guilty and cannot defend himself. I have been listening to hours of Robert Barnes for weeks, and basically its akin to him saying, someone pointing a pistol at your head, thats a small gun, you don't need to kill him......... He thinks that its not self defense to defend yourself against a potential lethality about to be meted out to you.

And the kid should have been there. The presence of white hats protecting minority businesses when the dems wouldn't let the police do their job, or the riot squad even.....That is the contitutional right of all people or bye bye government. You don't get your office if you're not protecting life, liberty and property.

The presence of those who were asked indeed to guard those properties, saved lives!!!!! Countless harm, rape, murder, looting, burning, beatings, trauma unimaginable, this was needed.
