Civil Rights Violation & Jury intimidation should get a retrial. Sequester the damn jury next time, they see the death treats going around. The thought of watching their backs for the next year or having their home and family targeted has got to be weighing very heavy on their minds. The kid can't get a fair trial at this point.

It looked like the Prosecution received it or found it, they sent it to the Judge, Clerk and Defense. It straight pissed the Judge off whatever it was.

Though the judge does seem to be conservative and if Kyle cant win in this judge's court, there is no hope to win anything unless you are a dirty shenanigan player.

WTF is going on in this case? I HAVE been watching. I saw the videos. It was self defense. Clear cut. Why the insanity at the last minute? This is scary. The judge seemed pretty based until today. What, did threats come in?

Ok that adds clarity. It looks to me like people may be texting or emailing the fatty prosecutor with allegation of the judge knowing someone on the jury to make the judge look bad, but the judge sure seemed to think it was just funny.

He said he received a screen shot from someone that knows one of the jurors on this trial. Im assuming the juror made some kind of comment just like the juror that made the Jacob Blake joke. If prosecution brought it up they either knew that if juror was on the states side and kyle was found guilty theat would be grounds for a mistrial or an appeal. If the juror was on Kyle's side and was part of the jury it would show bias and again be grounds for a mistrial.

That's not what he said.. he said he received a screenshot from someone that knows some/someone of/on the jury. Listen to it again. He said he sent the email to the Judge and to the defense .
