I don't know but I believe the Judge and attorneys have to work on
jury instructions
directed verdict motion or insufficient evidenced
lesser charges mentioned by prosecutors (ex. manslaughter rather than murder)

All this work should be on record.
I am still wondering if it will be a live streamed?

People like Kyle wouldn’t have been out on the streets if police hadn’t been told to stand down while businesses, cars and neighborhoods were being torched, looted and graffitied.

Im wondering too, for the main fact that some of the Jurors could watch this.

IMO, if it wasn't for the media and the hysterical far left this wouldn't have never went to trial. The direct evidence presented show self defense. The media clearly wants to prosecute this case.

Kyle looks odd to me. Never have I ever seen a human being look the way Kyle looks. He looks like he could either be a women or an alien in his previous role.

I do not think Kyle went there hoping to get a chance to defend himself but he exercised poor youthful judgement in going there as he did but that is not illegal.

Ah..... I doubt there will be much today as the jury has been released until Monday and most of what they have in front of them will be boring BUT the judge still has some important decisions to make regarding charges and or directed verdicts etc.

Protestors shouldn't have been there either, but they were.

People should be able to defend their own home towns from violent mobs, regardless of political belief.

I guess they lose their protestor status when they start burning stuff down and weilding weapons though.

Yes mostly housekeeping, the lesser charges is what I'm interested in hearing. I never knew they could be added this late in a Trial after the Defense has rested its case.

I disagree a bit. There needs to be more kids Kyle's age that have his courage to stand up and do something when their communities are being ravaged by leftists and rioters and the police and cities wont do their job.

Was this a time bomb waiting to go off? Yes. But the kid has guts. He's smart and has the heart of patriot for his age.

Regardless, in the sense of the trial, he protected himself against multiple advances and cleared the threats until they were neutralized. I would have done the same. I don't feel he went there looking for trouble but it found him pretty quick.

The prosecution is oozing out their anti-gun and anti-self defense agenda every time they jump on the podium. Same bullshit efforts to demean and marginalize right leaning citizens since Jan 6th.

Hope he's acquitted or found not guilty.

Whenever i see the news about this event, and also the Jan 6th event, i am glad i was not there. but i was on internet message board sites (like this one) where people were saying that they were going to go to DC on Jan 6th.

After what happened, I am so glad I was not there.

One thing, if Kyle was not supposed to be there, then i say the same for the rioters who caused more damage.

The lawyers talking about this "enhanced" picture that may or may not show Kyle raising his weapon reminds me of the old newspaper section in the funnies usually, where they had the Hocus Focus picture where you had to find six or seven differences in the picture.
