You're probably familiar with some of the conspiracy theories surrounding this supplement and how certain boron containing products have been demonized.

Indeed...I just made up a batch of borax concentrate liquid yesterday and started taking it three times a day...appearently it does wonders for arthritic pains and such. For arthritis, make sure you are supplementing magnesium and vitamin D3 -- they are synergistic with boron. . Yes...I take both those daily...and K2 and NAC.
