Nice.. but can't just wear any kilt, a kilt is like your family coat of arms.. and no rainbow back in those day's.

I'd like a day where girl's get to wear a skirt here.. removed skirts dresses about ten year's ago then later skorts.. every public student has to wear shorts till they become a senior last two year's of high school even then they have to wear a tie that's right .. no wonder girls theses day's don't know how to sit in a skirt or dress. Come free dress every student wears a Tutu.. mocking with out knowledge.

We were educating boys and girls in schools in the fifteenth century, and running universities. The kilt is french by the way.
