If you say hell is a parable or analogy, that actually makes it even more horrific than the Bible portrays. For we don't use analogies and parables to increase the horror of something, but to soften the blow. Since the Bible describes hell in such terrifying ways, if you say it is an analogy or a parable, surely it is much worse than you say.

Hell is not sufficient to pay back the dishonor God has suffered from our hands. The punishment for a dishonor rises to the degree of the honor of the being. Dishonor a flea, no one notices. Smack a man, you might go to jail. Offend the king, they might place you under the prison. How much more the infinitely almighty Sovereign, who is our highest treasure?

Just that single verse should be enough. Lowest Parts of the Earth is Hell. That is standard teaching. Yet... the verse is stating that Babies develop there.
