Hard saying. My wife works at a hospital and has had an exemption from the required flu shot due to an adverse reaction. the hospital won't accept it for the covid shot. She is gone on December 1st. 12 years.

Laws are superior. Mandates cannot violate laws.

For instance, you cannot have a mandate that discriminates against HIV people. Why because it violates the law.

Thanks Beeches. she has been talking about leaving for a few years. Didn't care for her supervisor which just happened to turn in her resignation letter on Tuesday...effective December 1st. Her boss wouldn't say she is quitting because of the jab, although she has yet to take it.

Not totally true. Its based on the percentage of staff vaccinated. Higher the percentage, more pay. I work with Medicare and medicaid and was still given a religious exemption.

It also reads any vendor for entry into said location must abide as well. I have already been receiving letters and things to sign from those we do business with, I ignore them. Currently with my business they need me. So far not a lot of pressure to enforce but I fear it is coming.

My other business is mandated for compliance by November 30th. I have been dragging my feet on it. The numbers for me are almost 40% unvaxxed.

The medical exemption is a joke, doctors hands are tied. There are only 4 reasons allowed and 1 is a documented reaction to an ingredient in the vaccine that has been analyzed by an immunologist. That ingredient must be identified. Seriously?

They are trying to make compliance full proof.

I don’t directly receive any federal monies but state level I will have to provide all documented proof of employee testing within 24 hours upon request. They haven’t announced fees for non-compliance but it will be coming.

I told the regulatory body my numbers are 40% unvaccinated and they won’t vaccinate. I told them that I lose all those people I must lose the clients the care for. I know I can’t be the only one with numbers like that. They said they would get back to me, so far crickets.

People aren’t just leaving their profession because of vaccine status but of disgust of this BS agenda.
