Quoting: OU8122 Test are weekly and with employees coming and going there will always be a need to check on each companies employee roster. GTFOH - headline will read OSHA is now the world's largest employer. What will the fine jobs pay. I'm guessing about tree fiddy you know what you do as a company when the tree fiddy an hour OSHA employee comes around ??? You give him a 5 spot and a donut and send him on his way as your company is logged as fully compliant. They don't have to enforce it. The vast majority of companies over 100 people will simply comply with zero resistance. They may bitch but no board of directors will vote to NOT follow AN OSHA directive. |

The mere chance that they might/someone might call in a complaint, and that they might investigate is enough to get compliance. The government doesn't have to do anything...private business is basically executing on the plan for them. |

But the agency, as is typically the practice, will rely primarily on worker complaints to check compliance with its regulations, senior administration officials said. It can only bully and attack employers, and relies on them to discipline their own employees. OSHA and most agencies are simply bullies. We need to remember that. |

Yes because databases Don't exist and aren't all tied together even if they're legally not supposed to be.... It's not 1998 anymore homie. Also, there's all sorts of "incentives" for companies to do the enforcing for them. And then there's banks and accounting firms and payment processors and etc that all businesses use. Don't get me wrong, the question was a good one... However your attempted answer to the question is unrealistic and fails to take into account the interconnected nature of the world today. The real answer to your question is, easily and without sending "inspectors" door to door. Worse than that, they have an extremely good idea of the people who are planning not to comply already (just from data they can legally acquire and use to say nothing of all the data they'll use illegally and that you can't do anything about them doing it). So the real answer to your question is, EASILY! I get why people want to talk themselves into thinking oh they can NEVER ENFORCE IT now that it's obvious that even though mandates themselves are wildly illegal they're doing them anyway. But here's the thing, you're lying to yourself and GLP by saying that they can't enforce this. They can, they will, and they're going to. Hiding from the truth of this doesn't help anything roguetechie |

And it won't stop at vaccinations, the World Economic Forum has a video on it, they want to roll in carbon taxes with it. That's the plan, believe it. |

OSHA was overwhelmed before this new tasking. Companies can ignore this with little financial risk. It's like DHS with their chemical safety program, CSAT. Companies could ignore it with little danger of getting fined - and many did blow them off without penalty. |

Legal recourse by employees will get buried . Exemptions may be accepted by some but not others. It will not stop. Eventually it will be vax or nothing. After a few or several months of testing for the non vaxxed, you’ll have a certain percentage that just give in. After they hit the wall on that, they will move to make the vax mandatory, no testing out. Then will come vax, testing , masks, all three rolled into one no matter what. The world is changing dramatically, tptb want full compliance on everything. Put your trust in The Most High. Resist what you can. We’re in the end game. "Be like water my friend”- Bruce Lee |
