OSHA has no jurisdiction over state employees...
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80956821 OSHA has no jurisdiction over any employees, other than it's own. It can only bully and attack employers, and relies on them to discipline their own employees. OSHA and most agencies are simply bullies. We need to remember that.
