I've been on Synthroid 100mcg, since 1997 (24 years)

I have not been sick since the early 1980's (D3 + C Daily)

No Covid19

Also, since I realized, soon, in order to get my prescriptions filled for Synthroid & Lisinopril Blood-Pressure, the VA will require that I come into the clinic to get tested and a new prescription filled by a VA Doctor, which will most likely require me to have a Current Covid19 vaccination or Booster.

So about 9 months ago I switched to a Keto-Diet lifestyle and started weening myself off my Med's.

Here is how I weened:

1. take Synthroid & Lisinopril every other day for a month

2. take Synthroid & Lisinopril every 3rd day for a month

3. take Synthroid & Lisinopril once a week for a month

4. Stop all Synthroid & Lisinopril

I now take zero medications and avg 58 BPM and 110/60 BP

I have lost 60 pounds

Now all I do is prep for DARK WINTER
