FACTS about OSHA TES and Employer Mandates (NONE ARE REQUIRED)

I just went through the new OSHA document and here are some key points:

1) Employers are not required to mandate vaccines as they would have you believe and as many have done so including Cisco, GE, IBM and RedHat to name a few.

2) OSHA strongly encourages the vaccine mandates but they are NOT required. They specify that if employers opt out of mandating vaccines, they must require unvaxed to test weekly and wear a mask.

3)OSHA is explicit that they allow for testing exemptions as required by federal law. So, unvaxed employees could bypass that also.

4)OSHA states that Pfizer is approved. That is false as Comirnaty is not available in the US. Thus, all vaccines remain experimental and can't legally be mandated.

So those of you feeling the pressure from your employers, notify HR and corporate that you are aware that they are NOT required by the Biden EO to force vaccine mandates and share this summary.
