I have been shopping for a city home since April, have put several offers in only to get smoked by someone else. this has created strife in my home.

In the last two weeks, the number of new developments East of Dallas has skyrocketed!

Today we learn that Opendoor, Zillow, Redfin, homebuilders and suppliers are having a very rough week.
