Just caught COVID from my VAXXED in-laws!

So my vaxxed in-laws came to visit this past weekend (FIL even had the booster.) During their trip, they both started feeling ill. When they got home, they took home tests and both tested positive. My wife and I are now feeling ill. My wife took a home test on Tuesday that showed positive and went to CVS yesterday for a ‘regular’ test. Her results came back positive today.

We come to find out later that there was an outbreak in their church and they KNEW about it…yet came out here anyway. They have FULLY drunk the vaxx koolaid, and thought they’d be fine. They’re STILL in massive denial about it even though they’re both sick.

My MIL had the fucking gaul to tell my wife that she was afraid my wife would die because she’s unvaxxed. Are you fucking kidding me? The brainwashing is STRONG out there folks, and anything resembling logic and common sense has simply vanished.

We’ve both got a mild cough, my wife has a low grade fever that comes and goes, and we both have body aches, some fatigue, and some uncomfortable headaches. Nothing too major. This is my second day of symptoms, my wife’s third. Pretty sure with some rest, we can just ride this out no sweat.

Question…so as I posted a couple days ago, I got the vax e-mail from my place of employment. Does being exposed/infected help or hurt my case? Should I get tested and have a paper trail? Not sure of my play here.

Being vaxxed means that your body has already been introduced to the virus in an inert form, and has had a chance to develop it's own defenses, so that if you do catch the live virus your own body will help keep it from getting out of control.

Becoming immune to a pathogen is a multi-faceted response involving all kinds of cells.

You need a genuine full spectrum immune response not just some manufactured antibodies.

I no longer associate with people I know are vaxed. They are entirely too toxic, and a health threat to be around.

When in public, I still refuse to were an ineffective mask, but I do maintain a conscious effort to keep a good distance from others.
